HOW TO HIDE – ONLINE STATUS,BLUE TICKS,SECOND TICK,WRITING STATUS,RECORDING,BLUE MICROPHONE AND VIEW STATUS IN WHATSAPP……
In this blog I will be showing you how to hide everything in whatsapp like Online status,Blue ticks,Second tick,Writing status,Recording,Blue microphone and View status everything you need to get foolproof privacy.
As we know Whatsapp is the most used messenger all over the world.In India we see every smartphone loaded with Whatsapp messenger. But,Whatsapp lacks various features to make it a perfect messenger.One of the biggest drawback of using Whatsapp is Privacy.
In this blog I will be showing you how to disable all features of whatsapp that might be interfering your privacy. Ready Let’s get started.
Step-1 Download and install GBWhatsapp app.
Dear viewers as official whatsapp doesnot support these features you need to download Modified version of whatsapp i.e An app named ‘GB WHATSAPP’.
Although there are various Modified versions of whatsapp out there but GBWhatsapp is the best as per my experience.

Now that you have downloaded GBWhatsapp install it like a regular version of whatsapp.
STEP-2 Applying the settings –
1.Hide online status (Avoid being shown online to your friends or groups)
Open your GBWhatapp. There in the top right corner you will see three dots, tap on those three dots and then tap on privacy. Click on ‘Hide Online Status’ and BANG you’re done.Now none of your contacts can tell whether you are offline or not.
2.Hide view status (See other’s status without letting them know)
When you see someone’s status they immediately come to know that you have viewed their status. By hiding your view status you can see other’s status as many times as you want and they won’t even know.
To hide your view status tap on three dots on the top right corner in GBWhatsapp. Tap on privacy and then tap Hide view status and you’re done.
Now see other’s status without letting them know.
3.Enable Anti-Revoke (Read deleted messages)
You might have seen a bubble saying your friend deleted this message.But you can still read deleted message by revoking it.
All you need to do is tap on three dots on the top right corner in GBWhatsapp then tap on privacy and then tap on Enable Anti-Revoke and thats it.
Now you can read deleted messages.
4.Hide blue ticks (Read messages without letting your friend know)
Blue ticks is an indicator to your friend or any of your contact that you have read the message sent by him.When your friend sends a message to you and you read it your friend sees blue ticks and comes to know that you have read his message.
You can hide blue ticks from your friend in GBWhatsapp all you have to do is tap hide blue ticks in privacy options and then hide them both for contacts and groups.
Now you can read messages without your friends knowing about it. Replying them or not won’t cause any problem anymore.
5.Hide second tick (Not Recommended)
Second tick shows your friend that the message sent by him has been delivered to you.When a friend sends you message he gets double ticks as an indication that the message has been delivered successfully. There is no reason to hide it but if you’ve got one then just tap on three dots on the top right corner in GBWhatsapp tap on privacy then tap on hide second tick.
WARNING – Hiding second tick is not recommended as it may cause delays in message arrivals. That means you may recieve a message sent by your friend hours after he has actually sent it .
After hiding second tick you can read the messages and your friend will still be thinking if the message has been delivered or not.
6.Hide ‘TYPING’ , ‘RECORDING’ from your friends.
When you type a message to your friend, he knows it very well. When you are typing a message ‘TYPING’ is shown to your friend. Very similar to this when you are recording audio your friend knows that you are doing it. But thanks to GBWhatsapp you can even hide ‘TYPING’ or ‘RECORDING’ from your friends all you have to do is tap on three dots on the top right corner in GBWhatsapp tap on privacy and hide your desired thing.
You can also hide blue microphone in privacy options.
